A year without social media… wow! Time has flown so fast

When I said I was leaving social media, a lot of people were interested and were watching with eager anticipation to see what happened and to see if they wanted to follow in my footsteps. So it's only fair that I share what that journey has been like.

Instead of doing this as a solo episode, I decided I'd bring in my friend Colette to interview me and ask those questions that you guys submitted that you were interested in finding out about my year without social media. We go deep in this episode and I really share openly and honestly what that journey has been like for me.
