In this episode, I wanna talk about how reflecting and planning regularly can help you achieve your goals. I've got this cool hack that some of my clients have tried and it's been a total game changer for them.

Basically, the hack involves breaking down your goals into shorter sprints of six to eight weeks. This way, you can work on your goals and check on your progress regularly, without feeling overwhelmed by long-term goals.

It's super important to reflect on your progress, especially when life gets busy and it's easy to forget what happened in the past. That's why I like to do monthly KPI reviews to track my highs, lows, wins, challenges, and key learnings.

By reflecting on your experiences and data regularly, you can identify areas that need improvement and make the necessary adjustments. So, I really encourage you to get into the habit of regular reflection and planning. Trust me, it'll help you achieve your goals more efficiently!
